Going Underground

Light House goes underground this April with a series of films that take us beneath the city streets and into a world of claustrophobia, danger and suspense as we build up to the release of Genki Kawamura's EXIT 8 on April 24.

 

Kicking off on April 3rd with Donald Pleasance, Christopher Lee and creatures that are the ‘raw meat of the human race’, DEATH LINE is grimy, brilliant and will be seriously fun to experience with a late night Friday audience.

Walter Hill's iconic tale of a street gang trying to get back to their turf screens on April 4, THE WARRIORS is a big screen experience not to be missed. Can you dig it?

Guillermo del Toro directs Mira Sorvino and Charles S. Dutton in the creepy, crawly MIMIC (Director's cut) on April 11 and Robert Shaw hijacks a train in the New York Subway and has a battle of wits with Walter Matthau in the rip-roaring 70s classic THE TAKING OF PELHAM 123 on April 12.

A mysterious, cannibalistic creature hunts Franka Potente who is trapped in the London Underground at night in the trashy, shocking and terrifying CREEP on April 15.
