Celebrating Italian Cinema at Light House & Pálás

In a celebration of Italian cinema, the recent N.I.C.E Italian Film Festival Ireland held at Light House and Pálás showcased a vibrant array of cinematic masterpieces, offering a glimpse into the rich tapestry of Italian culture and storytelling.

Throughout May, we continue our celebration of Italian cinema at both Light House and Pálás.

Anyone who missed it at the festival will have the opportunity to see La Chimera from director Alice Rohrwacher (Happy as Lazzaro), starring Isabella Rossellini and Josh O’Connor (Challengers) from May 10th (Light House) / 17th (Pálás).

Then from May 17th (Light House) / 24th (Pálás) we open with the comedy drama There’s Still Tomorrow, the most successful film at the Italian box office in 2023.

And finally on June 2nd, celebrate the Italian National Holiday, Festa della Repubblica, with a big screen presentation of the Italian neo-realist classic, Rome, Open City exclusively at Pálás.
