Oh Canada!

Earlier this year, we lost the comedic genius and proud Canadian that was Catherine O’Hara.  One of the nation’s most beloved actors, she had a long career on both the small and big screen.  O'Hara was part of the original iconic cast of SCTV and spent the next five decades delighting us with her amazing talent and impeccable timing. She created characters that, like her, were warm, quirky, unforgettable. We are showcasing three of our favourite O’Hara performances in our inaugural Oh Canada! line up:  – After Hours, Beetlejuice and Best in Show. Also included is an advance preview cult hero Matt Johnson’s long anticipated Nirvanna the Band the Show the Movie, 30th Anniversary screening of David Cronenberg’s Crash and Blue Heron from director Sophy Romvari, an exciting new distinct voice in Canadian filmmaking.
